Piping, Plumbing & Drainage Design
This includes: Isometric Pipe drawings, Layouts, 3D piping Design and Detailing Piping Installations Flow Optimization Pipe Material Selection as per required use conditions (Pipe Schedules, Piping Standards- ASME B31 and B16.5, BS,) Valves and Fittings design (Tees, Elbows, Weldolets, Flanges), Selection, modification and Installation.
Industry Works
This includes: Engineering Drawing Interpretations and Technical Guidance, Installation and testing of new equipment, Plant and Piping Installations, Piping re-designs and re-routings, Maintenance of factory machinery and equipment, Machine Modification and Overhaul.
Integrity Tests
High Pressure Vessels (All fluids, steam, gas/air), Non-destructive Tests on Storage tanks and vessels, Non-destructive Tests on piping systems, Heat tracing, Weld tests using x-ray sources.
Design & Analysis
Plan, section and 3D drawings and simulations for machines and factory, Assembly drawings and manuals, Plant and Piping Design.
