One of the core objectives as to why we created the Medal of Excellence annual Award was to identify, reward and support divergent creators. And in that spirit, Innovation Consortium supported this year's Award winner "WOKOBER TEAM" with Personal Protection Equipment PPE and workshop… tools for their just concluded Toy Festival where children were introduced and guided into the intriguing world of innovation.
As an Organisation, Innovation Consortium is committed to nurturing and supporting communities and creatives to foster sustainable innovations and social uplifts. So our doors are open to anyone seeking technical and innovation support.
Happy holidays.
In addition to the UGX 11,000,000 cash prize given to WOKOBER team as this year's Medal of Excellence 2024 OPEN Challenge winner, Innovation Consortium pledged to provide FREE Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) and tools to be used in the Wokober toy and innovation festival happening in Gulu …city from 13-14th December 2024. And yesterday, our Chief operations officer handed over the pledged items to a representative of the Wokober team.
